How long will a collection be available?
At Cornerstone Jewelers, our collections are crafted with the understanding that true artistry lies in exclusivity. Each piece is a limited creation, available only until all items have been sold. While a collection may return due to overwhelming demand, once a collection is retired, its unique designs are generally unavailable. However, for those who have fallen in love with a piece from a past collection, we invite you to explore the "Custom Orders" tab on our website. There, you can inquire about recreating a treasured design, ensuring that your connection with Cornerstone Jewelers remains as unique as the jewelry itself.
Do you have a Bridal collection?
We may not have a dedicated collection for bridal jewelry, but many of our pieces can be worn for your special day. We also specialize in crafting custom pieces that are uniquely tailored to capture the essence of your love story. Visit our Custom Orders page and fill out the inquiry form to embark on the journey of designing a piece that is as one-of-a-kind as your special day. Please be aware that, currently, we do not typically work with diamonds, and each request for a custom ring is evaluated individually. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We appreciate your understanding that our seasonal small batch creations only allow returns for items damaged during transit. To ensure a smooth process, please notify us within 24 hours of your item's arrival if it has sustained any damage within its packaging. Please include pictures and communicate whether you would like to return the product or have a new piece sent to you. After you've contacted us, we will keep you updated on each step taken in creating and shipping your new piece.
To initiate the return, the item must be accompanied by the complete original packaging. You will only be responsible for the return postage. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your sales refund promptly. Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature and personalized designs. Your trust and understanding means the world to us, and we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to create something extraordinary for you again soon.
